The festival is in a more then a month, and I still haven’t received my tickets! Should I worry?

Absolutely not. Most festivals begin shipping out the admissions generally two weeks before the start of the festival, and an email is dispatched to all customers when shipments begin! If you are still unsure, please contact our support staff – we’re happy to look into the matter for you!

If you have not received an email in regards to your admission or hotel transaction within 24 hours of placing the order, please contact our support staff. We will be more than happy to look into the matter for you.
