- Make sure to include the name on the reservation, the dates of the reservation, and the hotel.
- Go to your account on Expedia or Hotels.com and submit your cancelation.
- Select the Cancel Room link for the booking you wish to cancel.
- If you don't see the Cancel Room option or need assistance cancelling your Hotels.com booking, please contact Hotels.com for help.
- Secret Prices are subject to the same cancellation policies as any other booking.
- Hotels.com doesn't charge for cancellations, but the hotel may charge you a cancellation fee. Before you cancel your booking, check the hotel's change and cancellation policy in your confirmation email.
Hotels.com processes refunds within 24 hours. Please review their refund policy for the lead time it takes to show on your account.
