Unless mentioned otherwise in the name of the room, all bookings made with Traveler can be cancelled within 10 business days of original purchase. Please note that requests for cancellations made past the original 10 day from purchase window cannot be guaranteed.
Unfortunately, every time a refund is issued there is a standard processing fee charged. A chargeback fee of 3.6% of the order total will be charged for all transactions. This means that the chargeback fee for a $100 booking refund would amount to $3.60, with the total refund processed being $96.40. Refunds usually are processed within 24 hours and reach your card within 5 business days.
Please make sure to note that some bookings are non-refundable, these bookings will have the tag "Non-Refundable" in the title of the room. Bookings such as these do not fall under the 10 day window mentioned above and are completely non-refundable.
